Can you recommend a really great circle cutter for semi-thick paper?
I need a circle cutter that can cut accurately and without much frustration. Im looking to cut manila paper (the kind of paper that office files are made from).
Any suggestions on which one can work best for my needs? Do you have a great paper cutter that you think that I should use?
