Scrapbooking is an activity that allows you to store information in the form of photos and pictures, text an cuttings from magazines. These graphics are accompanied with some comments that bring the memories of a certain event alive.

The layout that you give your scrap book greatly determines its final outlook. To enhance the presentation it would be a good idea if you could consider using scrapbook borders. You could design them in such a way that they appear around the entire page or simply around the photos and other stickers only. One thing to note is that stickers can be used as scrap book border lines but for them to serve the purpose effectively, it will require that they be as narrow as possible in such a way that they do not cover the photos.

Rubber stamps are a creative alternative to stickers especially if they are applied in a variety of colors and in medium size. How, do you go about it? Begin by drawing vertical scrap book border lines on either sides of the page giving some allowance for the margin. On the margin is where you apply the stamps of different colors. Believe me if you choose your colors carefully you will end up with some glamorous look that you will be proud of.

After you are done with the margins you can now think of how to do the scrapbook borders along the photos. One way is to use a variety of colored pencils to go about it. Another alternative is to use stencils of different patterns. Depending on your creativity, you are set to end up with quality results. All the best!
