2nd Poetry Post !!! Comments”"?

Written awhile back, honest comments please!! Just letting you see some of what I did! Thanks Can you name the two types of Poetry?

_ Child’s Summer Day_

Sun shining with such bright light
Screams of children, sounds of their delight!

Softly kicked sand through their feet
Having a picnic with the freinds they do meet ,

Warmth is what I feel, as my hand touches, the grainy sand,
Look around you isn’t this just grand!

Sounds of the ocean and the smell of the salty air!
All colors of unbrellas with such a flair!

The rolling sensation of sun’srays,
The sound of childrens hip hip oh yea!

A childhood memory of that warm summer day,
I go there often, even today!

Just Wasting Time_ new

How many have you had
She says standing at the bar

Third one and counting
Is my reply back to her

About this time show up- who
Bartender- you knew

What can I get you -one more
She frowns down at me

And did down just- just one more!
Thanks for your comments, yes definately a child at heart, hmmm childrens poem book, nice response!!

The first one is absolutely adorable for a childrens book or something of that nature.
