How do you make vinyl decal stickers?
I was wondering how to make cling-on stickers out of vinyl. I saw something on etsy.com and I thought it would make for a great Christmas gift for my friend.
These stickers are much like the ones you put on car windows that just peel off. They don’t have any adhesive on them.
