Teaching scrapbooking at Bible camp…?
I have asked Hobby Lobby, Michaels, etc. for donations with no luck. Does anyone know of a store who might donate supplies? Even office supply stores would work. Tennessee
An often overlooked resource for non-profits is the local grocery store. Kroger and Albertson’s give $25 certificates to groups such as yours on a regular basis. Just check with the manager. Also, check out your local freecycle network — www.freecycle.org. You might consider asking members of your church to donate a box of crayons or something like that each. Finally, scrapbook making can be done very cheaply, without the need for expensive supplies. Consider asking your local crafts store if they would allow you to post a sign on their bulletin board requesting donations and loaner items. Best wishes and good luck with your camp.
